Mommy & Me Yoga Retreat by the Sea

Take a weekend to get away. Come to the tiny village of Garraf, where mountains meet sea, where the sun shines and the sea is warm. We will join together in a celebration of connection between mother and child. We will step onto our yoga mats for fun practices that we can also take off the mat. We will explore the mountains, and the gifts mother nature offers. We will join together in Art classes, and dance, and find joy in being in eachothers company.

Expect a weekend filled with activities like hiking, yoga, gong baths, SUP, and special classes for the kids and/or the mamams- like Art and Flamenco.  This is also a weekend with time for relaxation and reflection- time for the women to join together, to set intentions, and enourage eachother on our unique paths.

We will plan to have a few adults only yoga sessions as well to have some quite time free from the children where they will be looked after by trusted child minders.
