About the Event
The goal of this challenge is to learn how to create potent and effective habits. It doens't take much to make an impact in your life, and literally every bit counts.
Every morning at your ideal time, join in a 15 min (ish) session.
Think Self Care, Ritual, Centering, Energizing.
Over the course of 5 days, I will share with you my secrets to waking up and starting the new day with a refreshed perspective (even if I had a sick kid kicking me in the face all night!)
This is a FREE Challenge, the only request is that you carve out 15 min each day for your practice, and ideally it's the same time every day! Come with an open mind and heart and be ready to ignite your mind-body connection!
