Join us on Jan 21st at 7-9pm in Garraf for a special event under the energy of the New Super Moon in Aquarius.
An opportunity to set new intentions for the first half of the year and understand the energy and themes of 2023 through the lens of Astrology.
We begin the evening with a sultry slow flow yoga session to move your body and energy, followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice.
And if you're feeling adventurous, top it off with an optional sauna and cold plunge session at the end of the event.
We use our practice as a tool and guide for our life “off the mat” and explore what it means to flow into uncertainty. While at the same time diving into what it means to “get back to work” after the holiday break and how that aligns with our individual dharma as well as the collective.
